An initial consultation with Dr Edinburg will take between 40-60 minutes.
During the consultation your history, general health, medications, long term requirements and concerns are discussed at length. This is usually followed by a detailed examination of the area of concern in front of a mirror and a series of photographs taken, allowing Dr Edinburg the opportunity to demonstrate what a prescribed procedure can do for you as well as show you where scarring may occur.
After the assessment, the various surgical and non-surgical options are evaluated with the client in terms of the expected results and how long they may last, the time taken for the procedure, if and where hospital stay and anaesthesia are necessary, the side effects, risks and relevant recovery period.
