When you visit the Eden Institute an initial consultation with Dr Edinburg will take between 40-60 minutes, during which time your general health, medications, long term requirements and concerns will be considered and discussed at length. This is usually followed by a detailed examination of the area of concern in front of a mirror and a series of photographs are taken. These will allow Dr Edinburg to demonstrate what a prescribed procedure can do for you.
After this assessment, the various surgical and non-surgical options are evaluated with you in terms of their expected results. You will be fully informed on how long the treatment will last, the time taken for the procedure, if there will be any need for anaesthesia or a hospital stay, possible side effects, risks and the relevant recovery period.
