Total Approximate Cost for Arm Lift in Sydney
Arm Lift surgery may be considered as medically necessary or as a “cosmetic” procedure. In the first instance, if certain clinical criteria are met (related to weight loss), then there is a Medicare item number applied to the surgery which means Medicare rebates and private health fund cover apply. In the second instance, if the procedure is “cosmetic”, it will not be eligible for Medicare rebates nor will it be covered by any private health fund. Your eligibility for a Medicare item number will be assessed during your one-on-one consultation with Dr Edinburg, after which we will provide you with a detailed personal quote outlining all the costs as well as comprehensive information and support around your planned surgery and treatment options so you are fully informed prior to making a decision. Feel free to speak with us about Medicare’s eligibility criteria when you call.
